Trading Pass is the portable trust layer for peer-to-peer trades of high-value goods. It orchestrates the handshake between strangers and hands the record back to the counterparties to settle between themselves. It is not a marketplace that takes custody; it is the trust and clearing rail that sits on top of wherever people already trade: Reddit, Discord, X, Facebook, forums, and DMs.

The gap
Across peer-to-peer markets like watches, trading cards, sneakers, jewelry, loose gems, art, and precious metals, strangers move thousands of dollars on a photo, a handshake, and an off-platform payment. Minimal identity verification. No signed terms. No shipment insurance matched to the value. No portable reputation. No recourse on fraud.
When a deal goes wrong, neither party has the information to pursue it. The existing options force a bad trade-off: a custodial marketplace, with escrow, high fees, a walled garden, and your reputation trapped inside it, or nothing at all.

The beachhead
Trading Pass is built by the team behind Summit Metals, an established precious-metals dealer. That experience means we understand these trades first-hand, know where they go wrong, and can act as a trusted, independent validator ourselves from day one.
Precious metals is where we start, not where we stop. The same protections work for watches, trading cards, sneakers, jewelry, and gems, and those markets are next.
